Usage: Highly concentrated cleaning agent for thorough cleaning and removal of oil, grease and tar impurities in furnaces, grates, grills, ovens, fireplaces, smoking chambers, bakery tunnels, convection ovens and other types of devices operating at high temperatures. Thanks to the use of original recipe, it contains excellent emulsifying and dissolving properties, and the increased temperature of the washed surface up to 60 ° C speeds up the cleaning process. The preparation with very high potency and foaming properties. It easily removes burnt impurities (proteins, charred carbohydrates) leaving the surface clean and shiny. Perfectly suitable for everyday use and for thorough cleaning. It can cope with scorches and dirt on fireplace shafts. This product can be successfully used in hotels, gastronomy, buildings used public facilities and production plants. Do not use on surfaces not resistant to alkali (wooden floors, aluminum, panels, oil paints, zinc). Product for cleaning in the food industry.
Application: Apply the preparation using a sprayer, cloth or sponge to the contaminated surface (preferably cooled or heated to about 60 degrees C.). Wait about 5 – 10 minutes, depending on the degree of soiling, clean with a sponge or brush. After use, wash the preparation with water and wipe the surface. Clean fryers and convection ovens according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not use the product on surfaces with a temperature higher than 95 ° C.
